• Each of the above options are available 'after' logging on with the Hotmail Plus Live ID when accessing the Hotmail Support web site

• Sign-On Prompt dialog box

• Click on 'Sign In' in the right side pane(shown in blue text above)
• Enter your Hotmail Plus Live ID username and password.
• After a short wait/load time the Support Options dialog box will appear

• Support Options dialog box

• Select a type of support available under Customer Service or Technical Support
